Terms of Service
General
• All payments will be made through Stripe Invoice (USD).
• I maintain the right to decline your commission request for any given reason.
• Payment is due up front to secure a slot. I will start commissions only after full payment has been made.
• Prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size, and medium of each individual piece.
• I retain the right to change commission prices based on need and demand.
• Clear and concise visual references and/or detailed description of a commission idea MUST be provided.
Copyright
• I retain the rights to the work, including, but not limited to, the right to: self-promotion, etc.
• Do not steal, trace, sell/distribute physically or digitally, or repost my artwork without my permission.
• Art may only be reposted after contacting me and receiving permission, along with credit and a link to my work or user profile.
Payment
• You understand payment is due in advance in order for the commission drawing process to begin.
• You understand you have (3) days to make a payment on my invoice. After which the slot can no longer be reserved.
• You understand that refund requests can be sent up to (3) days after payment has been made.
Refunds/Edits
• If I must cancel your commission I will provide a full refund.
• You understand that refunds are only offered (3) days after payment has been made on my invoice.
• If I have sent you the in-process shot of your commission after your slot has been secured and you must cancel, I reserve the right to retain 50% of the commission fee.
• If the concept of the image doesn’t fit your description during the sketch phase, you are able to make a total of (1) changes.
• You understand that for any major conceptual changes after the sketch process is done, you will be charged for each additional edit appropriately.
• No refunds will be issued after the completion of a commission.
Image/File Usage
• You understand that you will receive a 300 dpi image upon completion of the commission.
• You understand that YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED to edit, reprint, or distribute said commission physically or digitally for your own profit.
• **You understand YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED, under any circumstances, to use any part of a commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or for the training of AI. **Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI is strictly prohibited.
• You understand that you will be able to use or print said commission for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Time Frame
• You understand that without a specific given date that your commission will not have a specific deadline or time frame.
Agreement
• By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms. Anyone unwilling to comply to these terms will be banned from all future services.
